The village
has over 20 listed buildings including three at Grade II* -
Around 120
people currently live in the village which has its roots in livestock and mixed
farming but which also supports a number of small "home based"
businesses.
The village
hall is the focus for a range of events including a traditional summer pig
roast, evening talks in the winter, youth club meetings and a walking group.
The church is part of a ministry that includes 7 parishes. Regular services are
held and visitors are welcome to attend.

Gardens open in Chaceley Village. Light lunches and cream teas
will be serviced. Plants, books and home made produce also on
sale. Visit the beautiful 14C church for floral displays, organ
recitals and local art exhibition. Vintage engines and tractors
also on display. Entry £5.00 per adult, children under 12
free. All profits in aid of the church. Follow signs from
A438 or A38. |
